Nomination Guidelines
Preserving stories of quiet contribution and resilience
We are looking for genuine, authentic stories of people who shaped their communities or built remarkable legacies. Whether you are nominating your own family heritage or paying tribute to someone who changed your life, we want to help you preserve their memory.
To write a beautiful, accurate chapter in our upcoming legacy volumes, it is helpful to gather as much material as possible. Here is what is good to have before you get started.
What is Good to Have
Personal Photographs
Portraits, family photos, or casual snapshots that capture their character and presence.
An Initial Story
A short outline, draft, or timeline of their key life moments, challenges overcome, and achievements.
Work and Craft Photos
Images of them practicing their trade, inside their workshop, in the office, or handling their tools.
Community and Social Photos
Photos of them participating in community initiatives, local guild gatherings, family circles, or neighborhood events.
Personal Thoughts and Mottos
Their favorite sayings, moral guidelines, personal philosophies, or thoughts on life that defined their values.
Stay Genuine
We value raw, authentic histories over polished public relations. The best legacy chapters are those that speak simply of true character, everyday resilience, and genuine relationships. You do not need professional writing or a perfect structure, our archival team is here to assist you in organizing and presenting the material.
