Ayvo is a premium clarity layer and educational platform. The specialist assignments and case structures are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute formal medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions. Always consult your primary care physician or a localized healthcare provider before making any clinical decisions.
2. Specialist Reviews & Second Opinions
When you request a Doctor Review, a verified medical specialist provides an independent, supplementary second opinion based strictly on the electronic reports, history, and questions you provide. Because this review occurs asynchronously and without an in-person physical examination, it does not establish a traditional doctor-patient relationship and is not suitable for emergency care.
3. Explicit Consent & Data Processing
By submitting your case, you authorize Ayvo to collect, store, and process your health history, medical files, and personal contact information. You acknowledge that all clinical reviews and second opinions are written and validated 100% by human specialists, and that AI is only used for non-clinical file routing and administrative layout optimizations. You explicitly consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
Ayvo and its clinical network are not liable for any decisions, actions, or omissions made by you or your primary healthcare provider based on the clinical report or recommendations provided. Our goal is to empower you with structure and clarity; all therapeutic plans must be finalized in consultation with your physical care team.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
