Our hosting infrastructure is provided by Netlify Edge with AWS Singapore as origin. Multi-zone redundancy ensures high availability.
Uptime Commitment
Ayvo guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime for all production services:
- SLA Credit: If uptime falls below 99.9% in a calendar month, we will credit affected users 10% of their case fee.
- Exclusions: Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and third-party service interruptions are excluded.
- Status Updates: Real-time status and incident history available via status.ayvo.life (coming soon).
